Sub: People are programmed to be fat, long before they are born.

A high fat diet even before you were born might have programmed you to a life of over-eating. A new research suggests that eating a high-fat diet in pregnancy may cause changes in the fetal brain that lead to obesity early in life.
Tests on rats showed those born to mothers fed a high-fat diet had many more brain cells specialized to produce appetite-stimulating proteins.
Even before the birth, the high-fat pups had a much larger number of brain cells that produce orexigenicpeptides –and they kept them throughout their lives. Their mother’s high-fat appeared to stimulate production of cells, and their subsequent migration to parts of the brain linked to obesity.

Global recession has entered bedroom in India.
After9/11, research showed couples took to sex as a stress-buster in the US.Findings in Indian bedrooms primarily show that sex lives suffer when senses are on the high or a low. And recession is likely to put the sex lives of many Indians in the deep freezer. The study, supported by the World Association of Sexologists [WAS] will cover the impact of the worst ever financial crisis starting in the face of couples between the sheets across the world.
The world is sinking into a major global slowdown. This crisis was “Made in America”
America exported its toxic mortgages around the world, in the form asset-backed securities. America exported its deregulatory free market philosophy, which even its high priest. America exported its culture of corporate irresponsibility –nontransparent stock options, which encouraged the bad accounting that has played a role in this debacle, just as it did in the Enron and Worldcom scandals a few years ago.
Do you think, India and China are the two countries, who can save the world due to their
Old civilization, population, internal market, and, having good political stability. Of course,
Provided, USA allow them, to take over from USA.Your views, suggestions, or comments are most welcome.
Sunder Thadani,
1) If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it will always be yours. If it doesn't come back, it was never yours to begin with. But, if it just sits in your living room, messes up your stuff, eats your food, uses your telephone, takes your money, and doesn't appear to realize that you had set it free....... You either married it or gave birth to it.
2) Reason to smile: An Every 7 minute of every day, someone in an aerobics class pulls a hamstring.
3) My mind not only wanders, it sometimes leaves completely.
4) The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes.
5) The nice part about living in a small town: When you don't know what you're doing, someone else always does.
6) Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.
7) Sometimes I think I understand everything, and then I regain consciousness.
8) Amazing! You hang something in your closet for a while and it shrinks two sizes!
9) They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies. Mine isn't all that communicative but I heard from it the other day after I said, "Body, how'd you like to go to the six o'clock class in vigorous toning?" Clear as a bell my body said, "Listen fatty .... Do it and die."
10) I read this article that said the typical symptoms of stress are eating too much, impulse buying, and driving too fast. Are they kidding? That's my idea of a perfect day.
Best wishes,
Sunder Thadani.

Organizing from the inside out.
Organizing from the inside out means creating a system based on your specific
personalities, needs, and goals. It focuses on defining who you are and what is
important to you as a person so that your system can be disgined to reflect that.
It also means mastering strategies to speed up and simplify the organising process,
so you are sure to reach the finish line, not quit halfway there.
Organising from inside out feels counterintunitive. It is not natural to stop and
reflect when disornisation is to just dive in and attack. But if you invest a little
time doing some thinking and analysis first, you will be able to zero in on just
the right solution for you.
